Literacy Council Seeks to Reopen Safely

The St. Joseph County Literacy Council is looking for ways to safely reopen activities.  We have designed a plan after consultation with the CDC and Health and Human Services.  The plan will be put into effect at an undetermined date.  We will notifiy our tutors when a final decision is made.
