Literacy Council meets with the Constantine Rotary Club

Literacy Council met with the Constantiine Rotary Club today.  Executive Director Rebecca Lilly spoke about the current status of the council and the need of more tutors in our program.  We appreciate the opportunity to meet with such a worthwhile organization and hope that we can work together in the future.
